I hold an Honours degree in Psychology, counselling registration, and experience through the Student Experience Program. I provide holistic, person-centred support to NDIS participants and private clients seeking greater clarity, resilience, and direction in their lives. Guided by the individual needs and goals of each person, I have created a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their aspirations, reduce barriers, build capacity, and thrive in their individuality. My work is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a strong belief in people’s ability to grow when they are supported in ways that genuinely align with who they are.

The Collective Goals and Direction™
This program is designed to introduce participants to the concept of goal setting using the SMART model. By helping participants understand the purpose of goal setting and guiding them in applying it to their own personal aspirations, the program aims to equip them with a fundamental skill that can be used to propel themselves, with purpose, into the future.
The Collective Mindfulness™
This program is designed to introduce participants to the practice of mindfulness on both a theoretical and practical level, enabling them to develop the skills needed to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives. By breaking mindfulness down into its key elements and providing a space for participants to practice and explore its underlying mechanisms, the program aims to offer a new perspective on reality—helping participants focus more effectively on the present moment and better regulate their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
The Collective Employable You™
The purpose of this program is to help participants develop the foundational skills needed to successfully attain and maintain employment. By providing knowledge on key topics such as building resumes, preparing for interviews, and balancing commitments—alongside opportunities to apply this knowledge in practice—the program aims to equip participants with the skills necessary to take the next step in their employment journey.
